We look at where you are, what’s been shaping your inner world, and what’s actually getting in the way.
Within an hour, there’s usually real clarity about what matters, what doesn’t, and where to go next.
I don’t use preset sessions or plans because people aren’t the same, and one approach doesn’t work for everyone.
Sometimes it’s conversation. Sometimes it’s stillness.
Sometimes meditation naturally comes into it, sometimes it doesn't.
What happens depends on the person sitting in front of me,
not a template.
Here there’s only one type of session because there doesn’t need to be more than one.
We start where you are, and we work from there.
